CUSTOMER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING THE VEHICLE TOWED when towing is required under the rental agreement, including arranging and paying for towing unless Banks A&M Rentals agrees otherwise in writing.
Rental Agreement SummaryOnly an approved renter may operate the vehicle unless Banks A&M Rentals gives written approval. Vehicles may not leave Pennsylvania without written permission. Vehicles may be GPS tracked for location, recovery, unauthorized travel and tampering. Renter is responsible for fuel, cleanliness, tolls, tickets, towing, recovery, damage, lost keys and other permitted charges. Late-return and recovery charges may apply. Debit-card renters authorize the stated deposit and acknowledge the refund conditions shown before booking.
Towing responsibility is a material term of this rental.
